Agreed deliverables are shared for your review and revisions; additional services or material scope changes are approved and paid for separately.
Paid to Researva, through official channels
Your project account
Payments are made to Researva through authorised channels and recorded against your project account as an internal project balance. As the agreed service is delivered, the applicable service value is applied against that balance in line with the agreed scope or delivery milestones.
This balance is an internal accounting and service-tracking mechanism only. It is not a transferable stored-value wallet, bank account, cash equivalent or independent payment instrument.
Assigned professionals
Where a consultant, mentor, statistician, analyst or other professional is assigned to your project, Researva manages the engagement and settles the professional internally based on agreed work and service delivery.
Clients must not make direct financial arrangements with assigned professionals — all payments run through Researva. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
